Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, Vice Chancellor, MNS UET discussed issues pertaining to the higher education sector during the meeting with the Minister for Higher Education Raja Yassir Humayun Sarfraz.
The minister emphasized the importance of working with zeal and commitment to improve the higher education sector in Punjab by ensuring merit and transparency. Reforms in the higher education sector, as well as strategies for promotion of quality education and encouraging a research culture, were also discussed in the meeting. The minister directed the secretary higher education to resolve the lingering issues of public sector universities at the earliest.
