VISION AND MISSION

The Vision and mission of the Registrar Office is to provide efficient services to the under-graduates, graduates and research students as well as the entire faculty and staff of the university; besides it also provides the accurate information & guidance to the concerned persons. Registrar office produces and maintains official academic records of registered students, faculty and staff.

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

  • be the administrative head of the secretariat of the University and be responsible for the provision of secretarial support to the Syndicate and the Vice Chancellor;

  • be the custodian of the common seal and the academic records of the University;

  • maintain a register of the students and graduates in the prescribed manner;

  • supervise the process of election, appointment or nomination of a member to an Authority or body of the University in the prescribed manner; and

  • perform such other duties as may be prescribed or assigned by the Syndicate.
