His focus was on enhancing the quality of teaching and learning through the implementation of the Flipped Classroom Model, continuous innovation in course content, providing hands-on experience to students through Hi-Tech labs, enabling students to earn Rizq-e-Halal by starting their own businesses, preparing them for the global job market, and instilling high ethical values.
