Sustainability

According to a report from the United Nations’ World Commission on Environment and Development, Our Common Future noted that sustainable development meets the needs of the present without compromising the well-being of future generations.

Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering & Technology (MNSUET) is committed to achieving sustainability in all areas, including the environment, economy, equity, social well-being, and acceptability. To this end, the university is implementing initiatives such as the use of renewable energy sources, water treatment systems, reforestation and landscaping efforts, and the promotion of non-fuel vehicles.

MNSUET is also incorporating sustainability into its curriculum, with courses on the subject being offered at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
