Dr. Zeeshan Rasool is an accomplished academic with over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and human resource management. He currently serves as Assistant Professor at MNS-UET Multan, specializing in Business Administration, organizational development, and communication technology. He has previously held academic positions at NFC-IET Multan and Bahauddin Zakariya University, and international experience as a Foreign Expert Lecturer in China. In addition to academia, he has contributed to industry through HR and performance management roles at SOS. Dr. Rasool has published over 35 research articles in internationally recognized SSCI and SCIE indexed journals.
I have over a decade of experience in academia, human resource and economical management, with a focus on education, organizational development and communication technology. My key achievements include developing appraisal systems at security organizing system (SOS) and delivering lectures internationally at Shaanxi College in China.

Dr. Zeeshan Rasool possesses strong technical expertise in statistical and econometric analysis using tools such as Stata, EViews, and SPSS, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization. He is skilled in applying quantitative methods including panel data analysis and regression models, as well as qualitative research using NVivo. Additionally, he is experienced in using research and reference management tools like EndNote and Mendeley, learning management systems such as Moodle, and professional tools including LaTeX, Turnitin, and the MS Office Suite for academic and research excellence.
