Dr. Meesam Ali is an Assistant Professor at MNS-University of Engineering and Technology, Multan, with over 12 years of professional expertise in chemical and environmental engineering. A CSC scholar and Ph.D. graduate of the East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST), Dr. Ali has dedicated his career to advancing sustainable water treatment technologies.
With a prolific research portfolio exceeding 30 publications in high-impact journals—including the Chemical Engineering Journal and Journal of Hazardous Materials—his work carries a cumulative impact factor of over 250. Beyond the classroom and lab, Dr. Ali serves the global scientific community as a Guest Editor for Discover Water (Springer Nature) and as a regular reviewer for leading international journals.
Dr. Meesam Ali combines over a decade of academic leadership at MNS-UET Multan with significant industrial expertise in chemical process engineering. His teaching portfolio spans Mass Transfer, Separation Processes, and Environmental Engineering, complemented by his role in curriculum development and laboratory management. Prior to his academic career, he gained extensive field experience as a Shift and Assistant Engineer, specializing in the erection, commissioning, and optimization of large-scale distillery, evaporation, and water treatment plants. This synergy of theoretical knowledge and hands-on industrial practice allows him to bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and real-world applications.
