Dr. Muhammad Mehran Bashir (Senior Member IEEE) is a distinguished Pakistani academician with expertise in engineering and technology. As a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), his professional trajectory includes significant contributions to several academic institutions. He is serving as an assistant professor and head of the Department of Electrical Engineering & Technology at Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering & Technology (MNS-UET), Multan. Furthermore, he had been affiliated with the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) in Topi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.Dr. Bashir’s scholarly pursuits are characterized by a robust engagement with contemporary challenges in energy and materials science, encompassing domains of energy harvesting, and Artificial Intelligence.
